Colan Totte Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Osaka, Japan; CEO: Katsumi Komatsu), manufacturer and distributor of the Colantotte brand of magnetic health gear, concluded an advisory contract with the track and field team (long-distance division) of Aoyama Gakuin University, a strong contender in the university-level long-distance relay competition scene.
The Aoyama Gakuin track and field team (long-distance division) is the sixth university team to win the Hakone Ekiden long-distance relay race four times in a row, and it has also managed to win all three of the major long-distance relay competitions in the same season, an impressive track record that makes it a powerhouse in university long-distance relay competitions. Some members of the team have been using our products for a while and experiencing their effects for themselves, but starting in 2019, we will be able to support the whole team. Colan Totte will do everything it can to assist the team in achieving its fifth win in the Hakone Ekiden and its second sweep of the three major long-distance relay races.
Aoyama Gakuin University Track and Field Team (Long-distance Division)
Formed in 1918, the team has been a strong, dominant contender in university long-distance relay competitions for 100 years.
2004: Susumu Hara brought on as director.
2012: Won the 24th Izumo Ekiden long-distance relay race for the first time.
2015: Came in 1st in the overall standings for the 91st Hakone Ekiden for the first time. Secured its second victory in the 27th Izumo Ekiden, its first victory in three years.
2016: Won the 92nd Hakone Ekiden for the second year in a row. Won the 28th Izumo Ekiden for the second year in a row and for the third time total, which it followed with its first win in the 48th All-Japan Zenkoku Daigaku Ekiden long-distance relay race.
2017: Swept the 93rd Hakone Ekiden, securing victory for the third year in a row and completing a sweep of the three major long-distance relay races in the same season.
2018: Won the 94th Hakone Ekiden, making it the sixth university to win the competition four years in a row.
The “TAO Necklace AURA,” with its signature “CO” brand symbol, introduces the “TAO Necklace Slim AURA mini” to its lineup, featuring a slim loop design with a compact top. The loop width is 3mm compared to the conventional 4mm model, making it feel lighter against the skin.
This magnetic necklace (medical device) contains 55mT magnets spaced 10mm apart throughout the neck loop in Colantotte’s unique Alternating North-South Polarity Orientation (ANSPO™). The force of the magnets arranged throughout the loop affects a large area, improving circulation in the neck and shoulders and soothing stiffness.

This silicone loop contains eight rare-earth permanent magnets arranged in Colantotte’s unique Alternating North-South Polarity Orientation (ANSPO™). This layout allows the magnetic force to affect a large area, improving blood circulation in the neck and shoulders and alleviating muscle stiffness.
This is the successor to the “Flex Neck” and is specialized for wear during physical activity. Its simple design strips away unnecessary features and has a unique form that gradually and seamlessly changes into a quadrilateral shape, from the perfect circle of the neck to the top.

In 2008, it obtained ISO 13485 certification and established a system for maintaining and improving the quality of its medical devices.
